She not only makes you feel like a Million bucks when you leave her salon but she also follows up with you to make sure you are 100% happy. I arrived in your salon with my mum very distressed at my hair problem on pulling it out of a bun held together with what seemed like hundreds of pins. I was terribly embarrassed as I had different lengths all over and one side half missing this was all from chemical damage beyond repair.
Instead of shying away you were amazing!!!! And said!!! Not a problem I can fix that and you will love it!!! I left that day counting the days until I had my appointment. The day finally arrived and I love my hair the colour matches perfect and I don’t feel like i have to hide anymore. I cant thankyou enough. You are a true professional and a very talented lady who has the most genuine personality.

I was visiting the Sunshine Coast for a special occasion and wanted a new look. After much research regarding extensions, I discovered Pam and from our first conversation, I did not look back. She was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure that I was going to get a perfect result.
As my hair was very short, I went in with no expectations but was blown away with the look she was able to create. She took so much time & care to ensure that it looked fantastic & after leaving her salon, I felt – and looked – like a different person! I walked in the door & no one could believe the result. A perfectly matched, natural look with length I have not had in years… I love it !!

I have very blonde, very curly hair, Pam applied extensions that colour matched my hair perfectly and blended so well that five months later people still don’t know that it isn’t my own hair. The extensions aren’t obvious or visible, even when wearing up-styles. Pam also did my hair for my wedding day, bringing many comments from guests regarding how stunning it looked.

I have tried numerous salons and extension brands and have never been back to the same company twice, until I met Pam.
